I currently accept PayPal, Google checkout, money orders and cashiers checks.
I ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment unless it is on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

First Class...2-5 days receipt
Parcel Post...2-9 days receipt
Priority Mail...2-3 days receipt
I use paypal shipping labels with tracking numbers for confirmation of delivery as well as providing you a means of tracking your packages.
Refunds are on an individual basis depending on the reason. The most common reason would be item not accurately described in my listing. If an item is lost in the mail and I do not have confirmation of delivery I will refund. If I have a confirmation of delivery I do not issue refunds as you are responsible for the safety of your packages. Refunds are paid when items are received back in same condition at time of shipment. I return thru the same method as original payment. Returns should be made within 5 days. Please do not contact me two months after purchasing for a refund. All charges are included in your invoice amount with the exception of insurance. Unless your item is breakable there should be no reason for you to go to this expense since there is confirmed tracking numbers on all packages. I do not make refunds based on buyers remorse (changed mind or found somewhere else). I am however easy to deal with and make many exceptions to these general rules if the customer communicates their problem with me.
All items go thru a minimum of 3 inspections before shipping and new items are inspected several times before I aquire them from the manufacturer.
If you are paying by money order or check I would like you to please contact me so that I know to be expecting. I require payment unless otherwise notified within 7 days from time of purchase by paypal and 10 days when is paid by money order or cashiers checks.
